Order By Phone: We are available for phone orders 9:00am to 5:00pm, Mountain Time, Monday through Friday. Please have the image’s gallery number and your credit card ready. Please call us at 1.801.273.7408. Order By Mail: Select your images as if ordering online. When you have completed your order, review your 'shopping cart' for accuracy. Continue on to the 'Confirm Your Payment' page. This page will show your total amount due including shipping, handling and applicable taxes. Do not click the 'pay' button at the bottom of the page. PRINT this page (then, clear items from your cart), and mail with your payment (via personal check, U.S. postal service money order, or include your credit card information). Also include your: name, address, shipping address, day and evening phone numbers. Personal checks may delay your order 7-10 business days as we wait for funds to clear before processing an order. Delivery: Due to the time consuming nature of the many factors involved in creating your limited edition print, please allow 8 weeks for delivery. Shipping and Handling: Shipping and handling charges are based on shipping and packaging individual pieces and must be included with your remittance. These charges are included and identified in the 'Print Size' drop down box on the Purchase Page. No additional shipping and handling charges will be added upon your final Paypal checkout. We process each order by hand, if you order multiple items there is the possibility that we may be able to package them together. If this is the case, any savings in shipping will be returned to you. International Shipping, Alaska and Hawaii: Please contact us for delivery times and shipping charges. International orders are subject to duties and taxes which are charged at the time of delivery. Returns and Exchanges: It is important to us that you are satisfied with a PERSPECTIVES Fine Art Print. Each print is mounted, matted, and framed by hand, essentially, a custom order. Prints can be exchanged within 14 days for another title. Call prior to returning for a return authorization. Shipping charges will not be credited or refunded. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Damage Claims: Every item is carefully inspected prior to shipment. If merchandise is damaged or defective upon receipt, please contact us, and the shipping company immediately after your package arrives for return authorization.
